Arena officials at the new Barclays Center confirm Barbra Streisand will perform on October 11.

Tickets will go on sale on May 21 and prices will range from about $100 to more than $1,500.

The 10-time Grammy winner grew up in Flatbush and graduated from Erasmus Hall High School.

Another Brooklyn superstar, Nets part-owner Jay-Z, is set to open the arena with a series of concerts beginning September 28.
