Police: Alleged Attempted Rape Suspect Allegedly Connected To Two Other Incidents

Police say the man who attempted to rape a woman in Manhattan earlier this week has also tried to assault two others.
They say the man attacks after following the women into their buildings.
Just before 7 a.m. on Oct. 7, they say the suspect tried to rape a 20-year-old woman in Inwood.
Another attempt occurred around 4:30 a.m. Tuesday near 180th Street in Washington Heights, where police say the man tried to rape a 33-year-old woman.
The NYPD says the two attempted rapes are connected to another incident NY1 told you about earlier this week.
The suspect in that case allegedly tried to rape a 35-year-old just after 3 a.m. Sunday, also in her Washington Heights apartment building.
In all three attempts, the victims were able to fight off their attacker before he fled.
The suspect is described as being between 20 and 25 years old and about 5 feet, 10 inches tall.
