Kids took center stage Saturday at the Junior Carnival parade held in Brooklyn ahead of Monday's West Indian-American Day parade.

Kids donned colorful costumes and celebrated Caribbean culture.

The parade started at the corner of Saint John's Place and Kingston Avenue and wound its way through Crown Heights to the Brooklyn Museum.

The event is billed as the children's version of the West Indian American Day Carnival.

Tens of thousands of people are expected to flock to Eastern Parkway to celebrate on Monday.
