33-year-old Jason Bohn was arraigned Saturday after being arrested and charged with the murder of his 27-year-old girlfriend Friday.

According to the Queens District Attorney's office, Bohn pled not guilty and is being held without bail.

The Queens DA's office said he will be placed on suicide watch in protective custody.

Bohn was taken into custody Friday night.

In addition to the murder charge, he is also facing aggravated criminal contempt and tampering with evidence charges.

27-year old Danielle Thomas was found dead in a bathtub filled with ice on Tuesday.

She was found after police allege Bohn called them to say they had gotten into an argument and he had thrown her into a wall.

Police claim he suggested they check on her.

The medical examiner said Thomas died of neck compression and blunt-force trauma.

The Queens DA said notes were also recovered at their apartment, allegedly written by Bohn, apologizing and calling the incident an accident.

This is not the first time Bohn has been suspected of violence against Thomas.

In May, she accused him of assaulting and threatening her.

He was arrested and a judge issued an order of protection.

Bohn faces up to 25 years to life in prison if convicted.
