Some family members of September 11th victims are venting their frustrations over construction delays at the September 11th Museum.

More than 200 family members have sent a letter to Governor Andrew Cuomo and New Jersey Governor Chris Christie, calling for a resolution to a financial dispute that has brought work on the project to a standstill.

They place blame on the Port Authority, alleging a "dishonorable effort" to offset its own reckless fiscal mismanagement by using public money raised for the museum.

The families say the governors are allowing the problem to continue, and want them to step in and restart construction immediately.

Governor Christie and a Port Authority spokesperson said work has never halted on the museum and they are operating within the financial limits originally agreed upon.

The Port Authority has also claimed the museum's foundation owes it hundreds of millions of dollars.

Governor Cuomo has not yet commented.
