Police are looking for a knife-wielding man who stole money and cars from two different Manhattan parking garages.

Investigators say the suspect walked into a garage on 63rd Street near 1st Avenue shortly after 9 p.m. on the night of May 4.

They say he demanded the keys to a Volkswagen Jetta the attendant had just parked.

The suspect took the keys and money from the attendant before driving off in the car.

Police provided surveillance video of a similar incident shot two days later at a garage on Laight Street in TriBeCa that they say is of the suspect.

Police say the man stole money and the keys to a Range Rover from an attendant, then drove off in the car.

The suspect is described police as 25 to 40 years old.

He is about 6 feet tall and weighs about 300 pounds.

In both cases police say he was wearing tan pants, a green sweatshirt and a red and white knit cap.

Anyone with information on the case should contact the Crime Stoppers hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS, or text CRIMES and then enter TIP577, or visit Police Release 16-Year-Old Being Questioned In Connection With Queens Teen's Murder
