After more than two years, the main suspect in the killing of a Brooklyn woman is facing an indictment.

Laura Garza, 25, disappeared in December 2008 after leaving a Manhattan nightclub with Michael Mele.

Garza's remains were found in rural Pennsylvania back in April.

According to a Garza family friend, prosecutors notified the family that an indictment is being handed up against Mele.

Mele was considered the prime suspect in the case, but had never been charged.

He's been in jail in upstate Orange County on an unrelated parole violation.
