Two teens have been arrested and charged with assault as a hate crime following two attacks on a Hasidic man in Brooklyn.

It's the second such assault in as many weeks. The most recent happened Monday night on Wallabout Street and Harrison Avenue in Williamsburg.

Police say the pair, ages 14 and 15, punched the victim in the face while he was outside smoking a cigarette.

Police say they admitted to the attack and that this wasn't the first time.

"They also stated that they did on three other occasions, at least three other occasions. We're now canvassing the community to see if we can locate the additional complainants. They stated that they did it for fun," said Police Commissioner Ray Kelly.

Kelly says the pair also confessed to a Thanksgiving night attack in the same neighborhood.
