Days after former Mayor Rudolph Giuliani's daughter was accused of shoplifting at an Upper East Side Sephora cosmetics store, the company has reportedly decided to press charges against her.
The New York Daily News says Sephora told prosecutors it will file a complaint against Caroline Giuliani.
Sephora originally said it would not press charges, but now the News reports the company would not comment on its new decision.
Caroline Giuliani was arrested at the Upper East Side store on Wednesday after police say she was caught on security video taking more than $100 in merchandise.
The 20-year-old Harvard student was issued a desk appearance ticket for petit larceny, a misdemeanor, and is due back in court at the end of the month.
The Manhattan district attorney's office is currently reviewing the charges against Giuliani.
