Two overzealous New York Mets fans charged Citi Field following the team's first-ever no-hitter on Friday, and now they are facing charges.

Police say Rafael Diaz from Massapequa and John Ries from Ronkonkoma were arrested after they went onto the diamond following Johan Santana's pitching gem against the St. Louis Cardinals.

Diaz, seen above wearing a Gary Carter jersey, joined in the scrum with Mets players as they mobbed Santana on the infield. Security then tackled Diaz.

Both Diaz and Ries were charged with interfering with a sporting event.

Diaz could reportedly spend up to a year in prison and be barred from Citi Field for life.
