NY1 VIDEO: As NY1 News revisits its 20-year history, the station looks back at reporter Lily Jamali's April 25, 2008 coverage of the verdict in the trial of three detectives charged in the shooting death of Sean Bell on what was to have been his wedding day.

NY1 FOLLOW-UP: The U.S. Attorney's office would determine that there was insufficient evidence to file civil rights charges against the detectives. Just last month, Detectives Cooper and Oliver resigned from the force, while Isnora was fired after a departmental trial.
