A legal battle involving Broadway's "Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark" was partially resolved Thursday.

The show’s producers have agreed to pay former director Julie Taymor undisclosed royalties from November 2009 until she was fired in March.

Taymor filed a lawsuit claiming she wasn't fully compensated for her work.

The settlement does not end a federal copyright infringement lawsuit in which Taymor is seeking half of all profits derived from the Spider-Man book, which she co-wrote.

The show had a delayed opening because of serious accidents and bad reviews.
