Police have put out surveillance video of a car they say was involved in a hit-and-run in the Bronx Monday.

The New York City Police Department says a white sedan was traveling north on Bruckner Boulevard around 1 p.m. when it made a U-turn near 138th Street and began heading south.

That's when police say the car hit a 50-year-old woman who was crossing Bruckner and fled the scene.

The victim was taken to Lincoln Hospital in critical condition.

Anyone with information on the case should contact the Crime Stoppers hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS, or text CRIMES and then enter TIP577, or visit ClientIP: UserAgent: CCBot/2.0 ( Profile: TWCSAMLSP
