Investigators have charged a Queens man with murder for the death of his 8-year-old son.
Prosecutors say 41-year-old Boujeke Kenmoe strangled his 8-year-old son Jerry and then tried to take his own life.
They say police and EMS arrived Sunday night at his Underhill Avenue home in Flushing and found Kenmoe on the floor with cuts to his wrists.
The boy was found in the bedroom, where he was pronounced dead.
According to the Queens DA, Kenmoe admitted to choking his son while in the ambulance on the way to the hospital.
He faces up to 25 years to life in prison if convicted.
