A 14-year-old girl is in the hospital after being stabbed Monday near a Bronx school.

The Department of Education says the stabbing took place during an argument near M.S. 113, the Richard R. Green School, at around 3 p.m.

Police say the girl was a student at the school at one point.

Authorities say she was taken to Jacobi Hospital, where she is listed in stable condition.
