Police have made a second arrest in connection with the death of a man who tried to help break up a bar fight on Staten Island this past weekend.
Anthony Occhinero is being charged with second-degree assault and Harassment in the death of Abdou Salam Cisse, 46.
Officials say he punched and kicked Cisse in the face and head early Sunday morning outside the Drunken Monkey bar in West Brighton.
Investigators say Occhinero, along with Stephen Fasano, 23, knocked Cisse's head to the pavement, causing his death.
Fasano faces manslaughter and assault charges and is out on $50,000 bond.
Cisse is being buried in his native Senagal.
