A Manhattan co-op's fight to have a Citi Bike rack removed from their block is back on.
Attorneys representing The Cambridge House on West 13th Street say the bike share location poses a danger to residents.
Back in May, the rack was cut in half after it impeded emergency workers assisting an elderly man in distress.
The building filed a suit to have it removed, saying there was still not enough space for ambulances.
A judge ruled to throw out the case in October, finding that the Department of Transportation had followed proper procedure in placing the rack.
That decision was appealed on Wednesday with attorneys arguing it should not be located in a no-parking zone.
