Supporters of charter schools are taking their fight to the state capital.

On Tuesday, a group of school leaders say they will shut down their schools so students and parents can join them in Albany.

That could mean thousands of parents and teachers boarding buses for the rally.

The head of Success Academy, who's organizing the trip, says that she's concerned about Mayor Bill de Blasio decisions on co-locations when public schools and charter schools share the same space.

De Blasio has hinted that he may do away with co-locations.

This won't be the first time that charter school supporters and advocates take their concerns to the street, as nearly 17,000 marched in a rally across the Brooklyn Bridge last year.
