While recent reports say crime is down in the city as a whole, there's one place where it's slowly going up.

According to police data, crime in city housing developments went up 7 percent in 2013.

The numbers showed significant increases in grand larcenies, felony assaults and murders.

Public housing complexes in Brooklyn showed the highest uptick, with 31 murders in 2013, compared to 23 murders from the year before.
