Your friendly neighborhood Spiderman is taking his final bow.

"Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark" will close Saturday night after more than 1,200 performances. The show heads toward the bright lights of Las Vegas.

It'll end a run plagued by accidents and legal fights.

Before the show even got out of previews, a performer fell 30 feet and cracked his skull.

In August, another actor went to the hospital after injuring his leg on stage.

The show is the most expensive ever produced on Broadway.

The Smithsonian Museum of American History in Washington recently announced it will display the Spider Man costume worn by the show's first lead, actor Reeve Carney.
