Another biker was arraigned Tuesday on charges connected to the violent road rage incident involving motorcycles and an SUV.
Craig Wright, 29, of Brooklyn appeared in the Manhattan Supreme Court.
The Manhattan district attorney's office says Wright is one of the bikers seen on video attacking SUV driver Alexian Lien on September 29.
Wright is now charged with gang assault, assault and unlawful imprisonment.
His mother and his lawyer say he is innocent.
"As I said, Mr. Wright is a longtime New York resident, he has no criminal record. And like anything else there should be no rush to judgment with respect to his actions and at this point we have no further comment," said Wright's lawyer, Mitchell Elman.
Bail has been set at $100,000 cash.
He is expected back in court in three days.
Lien was pulled out of his Range Rover in Washington Heights during an altercation that started on the West Side Highway and led Lien to drive over one of the bikers.
His wife and child were in the SUV with him but were not hurt.
Three other men have been arrested and charged in the case.
